Job summary

PraxisPro is a seed-stage SaaS startup building conversational AI for life sciences training. We seek a Clinical Solutions specialist who bridges customers and engineering, ensuring clinical accuracy and real value. You’ll validate needs, guide implementation, and help shape the product with regulatory awareness.

Applicants should have strong clinical background and hands-on AI/tech experience. This role is based in the United States with startup pace and a flexible, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a customer-facing technical role with clinical credential or 2+ years in clinical life sciences.
• Ability to read technical docs, follow architecture discussions, and reason feasibility with engineering.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, SQL/databases, or debugging third-party integrations.
• Baseline in science or medicine with fast ramping into technical tools.
• Interest in AI, models, and prompting for clinical/pharma problems.
• Experience with conversational AI, chatbots, or simulation tech.
• Startup experience or exposure to agile/product development.

Responsibilities

• Talk with clinical teams to understand workflows and how conversational simulation fits into practice.
• Validate feature requests against clinical requirements; translate root problems into specs for engineering.
• Decide whether a customer problem is in-scope for the product or needs a different solution.
• Review content for scientific accuracy; own clinical sign-off for customer releases.
• Guide customers through implementation and configuration of conversational training.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing on accuracy and messaging.
