Job summary

NetApp seeks a Mid-Level AI Solutions Developer to join Talent Acquisition as a Talent Acquisition AI Operations Specialist. Hybrid role requiring 3 days in the office in San Jose, CA or Raleigh, NC, focusing on building and maintaining agentic AI workflows for TA processes.

You will design, deploy, and optimize AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, collaborating with recruiters and TA ops.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in a technical role involving AI, automation, or software development.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, or Azure AI Services.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, LLM integration, and agentic workflow design.
• Experience working with APIs and connecting systems via integrations.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills — able to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy agentic AI workflows for TA processes such as screening, scheduling, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Iterate and improve agents based on user feedback and performance data.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with deployed AI agents and automation workflows.
