N-iX is seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to design, build and operate production-ready AI capabilities for IT and governance. You will turn prioritized use cases into secure, reusable AI components and integrate with enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities span deploying AI agents, enabling retrieval-augmented workflows, and ensuring secure, scalable solutions. Collaboration with enablement leads and experts is key for delivering measurable productivity gains.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience deploying AI solutions in production environments.
• Strong knowledge of AI agents, retrieval-augmented generation, and prompt engineering.
• Experience with Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio or comparable platforms.
• Strong development skills in Python and REST APIs.
• Experience integrating AI with Microsoft 365 and enterprise apps.
• Knowledge of workflow and automation platforms.
• Experience with GitHub, testing, monitoring, and technical documentation.
• Good understanding of AI security, access management, logging and lifecycle management.

We are looking for an AI Solutions Engineer to join our team! The AI Solutions Engineer designs, builds, and operates production-ready AI solutions for IT Operations, IS Operations, and Governance. Working with the AI Enablement Lead and operational experts, the role turns prioritized use cases into secure, maintainable, and reusable AI capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and deploy AI agents and AI-enabled solutions.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation, prompt workflows and process automations.
• Integrate AI solutions with existing applications, knowledge sources and enterprise platforms.
• Develop reusable technical components, integration patterns and implementation standards.
