MeridianLink, Inc. is seeking an AI Architect, Internal Business Applications, to define the reference architecture for AI across internal operations. You will drive secure, scalable AI-powered workflows, enable enterprise-wide transformation, and lead architecture from strategy to implementation.

The role combines deep technical expertise with hands-on leadership in architecture, engineering, and business enablement, partnering with Finance, HR, Operations, Customer Success, and other functions.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in software architecture, platform engineering, AI/ML system design, or related fields.
• 4+ years deploying production-scale AI systems with LLMs and intelligent automation.
• Deep expertise in modern AI architectures including LLM serving and RAG.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale systems with observability, reliability, and cost optimization.
• Strong Python and SQL skills; proficient with cloud platforms and modern data platforms.
• Executive communication and stakeholder management to influence decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Define and maintain the architectural vision and governance for AI-first capabilities across enterprise.
• Develop reference architectures for AI runtimes, security, identity, and data access.
• Set non-functional requirements, SLAs, performance, scalability, and compliance.
• Translate business requirements from multiple functions into scalable AI architectures.
• Design and implement secure intelligent automation, document processing, and data extraction solutions.
• Establish data integration strategies and governance across ERP/CRM/HCM platforms.
• Develop APIs, services, and platform capabilities for scalable AI adoption.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities and define roadmaps.
• Contribute to MLOps/LLMOps, including observability and lifecycle management.
• Lead adoption and change management for AI-enabled solutions.
