Job summary

NTT DATA North America is seeking an AI Solution Architect in Plano, Texas to design fit-for-purpose AI solutions. You will translate client needs into solution blueprints, scope, estimates, timelines, and SOW content for delivery handoff.

You will partner with AI Consultants, Principal Architects, Delivery, Finance, and Sales to shape pricing inputs, deal economics, and options, while contributing reusable patterns to the global AI GTM knowledge base.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in solution architecture or related roles.
• 3+ years designing or delivering AI, data, analytics, ML, GenAI, or automation solutions.
• 1+ year hands-on GenAI or enterprise AI platforms.
• Experience producing blueprints, estimates, and SOW inputs.
• Cloud, data, integration, security, governance, and operational support knowledge.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Design AI solutions aligned to client requirements and delivery capabilities.
• Define scope, approach, and technical architectures with milestones.
• Build work estimates across roles, locations, and tooling.
• Define workplan timelines, phases, and MVP-to-scale paths.
• Partner with delivery, finance and commercial teams on pricing and options.
• Support SOW development with scope, deliverables, and acceptance criteria.
• Validate feasibility, resourcing, data readiness, security, governance, and ops needs.
• Incorporate partner platforms into solution designs where relevant.
• Support client demos and transition from pursuit to delivery.
• Contribute reusable patterns and artifacts to global AI GTM knowledge base.
