Job summary

NTT DATA Services in Plano, Texas seeks an AI Solutions Architect to design and deliver AI, ML, and generative AI solutions for health plan clients. You will partner with payer executives, data leaders and engineers to translate challenges into scalable AI outcomes.

This role requires deep knowledge of health plan operations, payer data ecosystems, cloud architecture, and responsible AI. You will lead design across claims, enrollment, care management, outcomes and regulatory reporting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technology architecture, data architecture, analytics, AI/ML, or enterprise solution delivery.
• 4+ years supporting health plans, payers, or healthcare platforms.
• Hands-on design of AI/ML, analytics, or automation in production.
• Knowledge of health plan processes: claims, membership, provider data, care management, quality, risk adjustment.
• Experience with HIPAA, FHIR, HL7, X12 EDI, CMS interoperability.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end AI and generative AI solutions for health plan use cases.
• Lead solutioning for payer domains such as claims, enrollment, benefits, prior authorization, medical management.
• Develop reference architectures on cloud platforms and data pipelines.
• Guide teams on LLMs, RAG, MLOps, and AI governance.
• Support pre-sales activities and client briefings.
