Job summary

Courser is seeking an AI Business Analyst to align AI capabilities with client business needs, identify high-value AI use cases, and champion adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot and related AI tools.

You will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, design AI-enabled solutions, support governance and KPI definition, and drive user adoption through training and practical demonstrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 Copilot capabilities and AI fundamentals.
• Experience in business analysis, process improvement, or technology consulting.
• Excellent communication and change-management skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem (Power BI, Power Platform) and prompt engineering for AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-value AI use cases and map AI capabilities to business objectives.
• Design AI-enabled solutions using Microsoft 365 Copilot and Power Platform.
• Lead AI governance, define KPIs, and ensure ethical AI usage.
• Translate AI concepts into clear insights for business leaders and create demos.
• Develop Copilot agents and readiness plans with stakeholders.
• Drive user adoption and training for Copilot deployment.
