Job summary

Courser seeks an AI Business Analyst to align Copilot with client business needs and to lead envisioning sessions for AI‑driven efficiencies. You will champion adoption, design AI solutions, and translate technical concepts into actionable insights for executives.

You’ll work closely with client teams, drive governance, KPIs, and adoption metrics, and help prepare environments for Copilot rollouts while ensuring ethical and compliant AI use.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 Copilot capabilities and AI fundamentals.
• Experience in business analysis, process improvement, or technology consulting.
• Excellent communication and change‑management skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem (Power BI, Power Platform) and prompt engineering for AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify high‑value AI use cases and map AI capabilities to business objectives.
• Develop AI‑enabled business solutions leveraging Microsoft 365 Copilot and Power Platform.
• Contribute to AI governance frameworks, define KPIs, and ensure ethical AI usage.
