Job summary

Jet Support Services, Inc. (JSSI) in Chicago seeks an AI Solution Architect to drive the AI First engineering strategy from concept to production.

You will own architecture standards for AI agents, SDDriven development, and enterprise automation across engineering, product, sales, finance, customer service, and operations. This hands-on, high-ownership role requires listening, communicating, and influencing stakeholders while delivering scalable AI solutions.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of software engineering experience with senior technical ownership.
• Experience designing AI First, spec-driven workflows across SDLC.
• Production cloud-native development in Microsoft stack and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI First architecture for software delivery and bring AI agents into day-to-day engineering across teams.
• Lead integration and adoption of AI tools, agent skills, and services across the lifecycle.
• Build AI frameworks for fine-tuning, observability, and model governance.
• Architect multi-agent systems on layered distributed architectures.
• Translate product inputs into agent-ready specifications for coding agents.
