Job summary

Jet Support Services, Inc. is seeking an AI Solution Architect to advance our AI-first engineering strategy from concept to production.

You will own the AI-first architecture, drive spec-driven delivery, and collaborate with Engineering, Product, Sales, and Operations to implement enterprise automation. You will design and deploy AI systems rapidly, partnering with stakeholders to translate needs into scalable solutions and guiding teams toward outcomes with a strong emphasis on governance and

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of overall software engineering experience with ownership of system design for production SaaS platforms.
• 3–5 years in a Solution Architect, Staff/Principal Engineer, or equivalent senior technical role.
• Production-level, cloud-native development in the Microsoft stack (C#/.NET, React/TypeScript, RESTful Web APIs, SQL Server/Azure SQL).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI First architecture for JSSI's software delivery lifecycle and drive spec-driven delivery models.
• Lead integration and adoption of AI tools, agents, and services across the SDLC.
• Build and maintain AI frameworks for tuning, prompts, and governance.
• Architect multi-agent systems and orchestration across layered architectures.
