Job summary

Jet Support Services, Inc. (JSSI) is seeking a Director, AI First Enterprise Architecture to define and own the enterprise architecture vision, standards, and guardrails across AI-enabled software at scale.

You will chair the Architecture Review Board, lead two AI Solution Architects, collaborate with Engineering Directors, and drive observability, security, and governance while delivering AI-driven platforms on Microsoft/Azure and Claude Code Enterprise.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in software engineering and architecture.
• 5+ years in a solution architect/leadership role.
• Fluent Microsoft stack (C#/ASP.NET/React) and distributed systems.
• Hands-on AI-first design across SDLC workflows.
• Proven governance and pattern standardization across teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and own AI-first enterprise architecture vision across platforms.
• Chair ARB and drive cross-vertical standards and governance.
• Publish reference architectures, ADRs, and reusable patterns.
• Lead AI Solution Architects and mentor engineering leaders.
• Ensure responsible AI, security, and regulatory alignment across systems.
