Job summary

SentinelOne is seeking a Manager of Developer Tooling to lead the team designing, building, and operating our CI/CD pipelines. You will set the technical direction for our pipeline platform and partner with Infrastructure Services to deliver fast, reliable, and AI-enabled production workflows.

You will mentor engineers, drive improvements in pipeline reliability and build/test durations, and collaborate with product engineering to enable AI as a first-class participant in the workflow.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of engineering experience with 2+ years in people leadership.
• Hands-on with CI/CD systems and pipeline as code patterns.
• Experience integrating AI tooling into development workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of engineers building and operating CI/CD pipelines.
• Own architecture, roadmap, and reliability of CI/CD pipelines from source to production.
• Integrate AI capabilities into the developer workflow and AI coding assistants.
• Collaborate with DevEx, Security, and Infra teams to rollout AI tooling and governance.
• Establish on-call practices, incident response, and SLOs for pipelines.
