Job summary

SentinelOne is seeking an AI-native product manager to lead the Purple AI team’s vision and execution for next-generation agentic security features. Own the roadmap for new AI capabilities and evolve the conversational experience, with exposure to executives and collaboration across engineering, sales, marketing, and pricing strategy.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise product management, cybersecurity product experience preferred.
• 5+ years building AI/ML products.
• 3+ years launching 0-to-1 enterprise software products.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in computer science, data science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong technical grasp of AI/ML technologies, including generative and agentic AI, NLP, and RAG.
• Ownership mentality with accountability and results-driven mindset.
• Clear, persuasive communication across engineers to executives.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to accelerate PM workflow.

Responsibilities

• Define and champion the strategy and vision for Purple AI and new AI features driving SentinelOne’s growth.
• Own the full product lifecycle from ideation through launch and iteration.
• Synthesize product metrics, user research, and market analysis to shape the roadmap.
• Make robust decisions amid ambiguity, managing risk and aligning cross-functional teams.
• Refine evaluation metrics to track customer-perceived quality and drive data sourcing strategy.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and docs to craft a compelling product narrative.
