Job summary

ISHIR is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to grow the pipeline for our technology services business. You’ll be the first point of contact for inbound leads, re-engage past prospects and clients, and build new relationships through targeted outreach and industry events.

You’ll research accounts, uncover business needs, book discovery meetings, and keep HubSpot accurate. This role suits a disciplined, curious relationship-builder who is confident on the phone and uses AI tools

Qualifications

• Experience in sales development or outbound prospecting.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Able to engage stakeholders up to senior leadership.
• Proficient with CRM and sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to inbound leads and qualify them on business need and fit.
• Research ICPs and initiate conversations via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Re-engage past prospects and clients to uncover new needs and expansion opportunities.
• Source leads beyond the website through market research and referrals.
• Log activity in HubSpot and maintain accurate lead records for forecasting.
• Coordinate with Sales, Presales, Marketing, and the Junior Sales team on meetings and proposals.
• Attend events and partner with Marketing on campaigns and lead capture.
• Use AI tools for research, list building, and meeting preparation, with quality reviews.
