Zscaler is seeking a GTM analytics leader to define and own AI-generated signals for the direct sales motion, collaborating with Sales, RevOps, and Engineering to power decision-making and improve pipeline outcomes.

You will drive the signal roadmap across the full seller journey, ensuring adoption within workflows and presenting measurable impact to GTM leadership tied to revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Foundational understanding of AI/ML and applying AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes.
• 4-7+ years in a GTM analyst, RevOps, or Sales Strategy role at a B2B SaaS company with direct selling knowledge.
• Ability to translate ambiguous seller pain points into concrete, buildable signal specifications.
• Track record of shipping analytical solutions or processes adopted in production.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and RevOps leadership to identify where reps rely on gut feel and define signals that drive decisions.
• Own the signals repository: business logic, inputs, owners, and status for every signal in direct sales.
• Collaborate with engineering to translate requirements into buildable features and refine based on real seller behavior.
• Prioritize signal roadmap across the full seller journey and embed signals into CRM, Slack, and dashboards.
• Present signal performance and business impact to GTM leadership with revenue-oriented metrics.
