Job summary

LangChain in San Francisco is looking for a dedicated candidate to manage partnerships with system integrators (SIs) in the AI space. This role involves building and managing a portfolio of SI partnerships while ensuring they are technically capable and commercially aligned.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of expertise in alliance management and partner sales, specifically with SIs. Compensation ranges from $165,000 to $230,000 annually, with many benefits including flexible vacation and 401(k) plans.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in alliance management, partner sales, or business development, with direct experience working with SIs.
• Genuine technical fluency in AI or developer tooling.
• Track record of building SI partnerships that drove measurable pipeline.
• Ability to manage relationships across multiple levels.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a portfolio of SI partnerships.
• Run joint pipeline with SI partners.
• Design and deliver partner enablement sessions.
• Work with solutions engineering to unblock partners.
• Represent partner perspective internally.
