Job summary

RingCentral is seeking a Senior Director, AI & SI Alliances to own and scale its AI technology and systems integrator partner ecosystem. This role involves driving executive relations, defining multi-year alliance strategies, and leading cross-functional teams to ensure successful partnerships.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in strategic alliances with a strong focus on AI technology partnerships and a proven track record in complex agreement structures at the executive level.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in strategic alliances or business development with a focus on AI.
• Proven track record structuring complex alliance agreements at C-level.
• Deep understanding of CX/EX technology landscape.
• Hands-on experience with SI/GSI channels.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale AI and SI partnerships overseeing executive relations.
• Define RingCentral’s AI & SI alliance strategy.
• Develop joint offer strategies with partners.
• Lead cross-functional interlock for partnerships.
• Manage AI & SI Alliances team and educate stakeholders.
