This remote-friendly role in the United States offers a base salary between $92,250 and $120,000 plus incentives. We seek applicants with experience in AI journeys, governance, and performance measurement.

Qualifications

• Experience designing or improving AI-enabled service experiences.
• Ability to design prompts and agent instructions.
• Experience with knowledge retrieval and AI response evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Own the business setup and refinements of AI-enabled service experiences.
• Design, test, and optimize prompts and agent instructions.
• Maintain knowledge base content to improve AI readiness.
• Monitor AI agent performance and suggest improvements.
• Define requirements, test scenarios, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineers, product, data, compliance, vendors to ensure feasible, compliant solutions.
• Create reusable playbooks and documentation.
• Measure AI experience effectiveness and ROI contributions.
