Job summary

Foxconn Industrial Internet - FII seeks a Quality Manager for AI Server RMA operations, including depot, field repair, and testing. You will lead quality controls, investigations, and corrective actions to reduce NTFs and customer escalations.

You will drive ISO 9001 compliance, establish inspection criteria, and partner with engineering to prevent recurrence across complex AI/HPC server platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with quality focus.
• 5+ years in electronics manufacturing, server hardware, repair/RMA, or quality engineering.
• 3+ years in quality leadership or management.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 quality systems.
• Experience with 8D, CAPA, RCA, 5 Why, PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, Pareto analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own quality controls throughout the RMA lifecycle: receiving, diagnosis, repair, testing, release, and return to service.
• Establish acceptance criteria for servers, racks, compute nodes, FRUs, and cooling systems.
• Ensure compliance with work instructions, specs, config controls, ESD, and workmanship requirements.
• Lead investigations using 8D, CAPA, RCA, 5 Why, and DOE; translate field data into corrective actions.
• Partner with engineering on hardware, cooling, networking, firmware, and configuration failures to prevent recurrence.
• Lead customer-facing investigations and containment actions; manage NCR/MRB and audits.
