Job summary

Foxconn Industrial Internet - FII is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure the reliability of refurbished GPUs and servers. The role emphasizes inspection, testing, and process optimization to meet industry standards and customer expectations.

You will develop SOPs, maintain quality documentation, and manage RMA processes with cross‑functional teams. The position requires a strong hardware testing background, failure analysis skills, and experience in a manufacturing/refurbishment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Quality Engineer in electronics/IT hardware/refurbishment.
• Experience with control plans and PFMEA.
• Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, DOE.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma, 8D, and FMEA methodologies.
• Experience with automated and manual hardware testing tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections on refurbished GPUs and servers.
• Conduct functional and performance tests including stress tests and burn-in.
• Identify defects via diagnostic tools and perform root cause analysis.
• Verify firmware updates, drivers, and configurations during refurbishment.
• Develop and implement SOPs for refurbishment quality assurance.
• Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, 8D, and A3 methods to improve processes.
• Maintain quality reports, NCRs, and CAPA actions.
