Foxconn Industrial Internet is seeking a Senior Industrial Engineer to optimize the end-to-end RMA and field-repair operation, including receiving, triage, diagnostics, repair, testing, and shipment.

The role emphasizes data-driven methods to improve throughput, turnaround time, labor productivity, capacity, quality, and safety while keeping processes scalable, traceable, and repeatable.

Responsabilités

• Design, optimize, and maintain end-to-end RMA workflows from receiving through shipment.
• Establish standard repair routes for server and liquid-cooling failures.
• Identify bottlenecks, queue time, rework loops, and non-value-added activities.
• Model capacity for repair, diagnostics, testing, packaging, and shipment.
• Lead Lean, Kaizen, 5S, and DMAIC problem-solving activities.
• Work with EHS to ensure safe handling of heavy server assemblies.
