CSAT Solutions in Houston, TX seeks an Engineering Manager for AI server repair to lead a multidisciplinary team of Test, Process, Manufacturing/Automation Engineers and Technicians. Direct diagnosis, repair, validation, and CAPA across AI servers and data center infra.

Role emphasizes NPI readiness, process development, automation, and applying Lean Six Sigma to improve yield and efficiency while collaborating with Operations, Quality, and Customer teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 7+ years of engineering experience in electronics manufacturing, server repair, or high-tech service operations.
• 3+ years of engineering management leading technical teams in manufacturing or repair.
• Experience with AI servers, GPU platforms, and enterprise hardware is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary engineering organization supporting AI server repair operations.
• Provide technical leadership for diagnosis, repair, and validation of AI servers, GPU systems, networking, storage, and data center infrastructure.
• Develop, implement, and improve repair processes, work instructions, tooling, fixtures, and automated test solutions.
• Lead NPI readiness, documentation, and training to ensure repair readiness for new products.
• Drive Lean Six Sigma, DOE, SPC, and CAPA to improve first-pass yield, repair quality, and efficiency.
