Job summary

CSAT Solutions seeks an experienced Electrical Engineer for AI server repair to support diagnosis, repair, testing and continuous improvement of AI servers, GPU platforms, and related high‑performance computing hardware in Houston.

This role requires mastery of power systems, schematics, PCB layouts, firmware interactions, and root‑cause analysis, with leadership in NPI, CAPA, FMEA, and data‑driven troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field required.
• Minimum five years of engineering experience in electronics manufacturing or server repair.
• Experience with AI servers, GPU platforms, or data center hardware preferred.
• Strong knowledge of schematics, PCB layouts, power systems, and firmware.
• Experience leading NPI, validation, and production readiness activities.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, test, and improve AI servers and related hardware.
• Lead projects to identify electrical design issues with customers and OEM teams.
• Develop advanced troubleshooting methods for system, board, and component levels.
• Create and maintain training materials and troubleshooting guides.
• Support CAPA, FMEA, and data-driven improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Engineering teams.
