Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisor/manager experience in PC-related system repair service industry.
• Must be fluent in speaking/reading/writing English; Spanish is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and professional customer interaction.
• Detail-oriented with ownership of job responsibilities.
• Ability to generate management reporting in Excel and create procedures in Word/PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and supervise team members; oversee schedules and performance evaluations.
• Analyze critical customer requirements (quality, TAT, KPIs) and implement corrective actions.
• Generate and review management reports; present improvements across operations.
• Maintain inventory, equipment, and 5S compliant layouts; optimize warehouse flow.
• Plan and supervise production activities; manage projects under tight deadlines.
• Foster a positive, safe, and collaborative work environment; build internal and external relationships.
