Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline is required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum seven years of engineering experience in electronics manufacturing or high- tech service operations.
• Minimum three years of engineering management experience leading technical teams.
• Experience supporting AI servers, GPU platforms, enterprise computing hardware, or data center infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of diagnostics, firmware, power systems, and embedded hardware.
• Experience with NPI engineering validation and production readiness activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary engineering organization consisting of diverse engineering roles.
• Provide technical leadership for diagnosis, repair, and validation of AI servers and related infrastructure.
• Direct engineering activities supporting repair operations including test development, process optimization, and CAPA.
• Develop, implement, and improve repair processes, tooling, diagnostics, and automated test solutions.
• Lead NPI readiness through process development, training, documentation, and tooling strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, DOE, and data-driven decisions.
• Lead complex failure investigations and root-cause methodologies to improve repair effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Customer teams to resolve issues.
• Manage engineering standards, documentation, change control, and project portfolios.
