Qualifications

• 4+ years in a technical engineering role such as Test Engineering or Repair Engineering.
• 3+ years in a technical leadership role, mentoring junior engineers or technicians.
• Expert-level ability to interpret electronic schematics and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Design and document the end-to-end technical workflow for AI server repair.
• Define and validate test plans and criteria for repaired components.
• Lead deep dives into new and recurring failure modes and perform RCA.
