Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking an AI Server Operations Supervisor in Grapevine, Texas. You will lead a team of repair technicians, drive KPI performance, and ensure SLA attainment while upholding ISO 9001 standards.

The role emphasizes data analysis, SOP development, inventory control, and cross‑functional collaboration to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Fluency in English is required; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience in server system repair or related service industry.
• Fluency in English; Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Proficiency with Excel and Word for reporting and SOP documentation.
• Experience with ISO 9001 documentation and compliance.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience with lean manufacturing and 5S practices preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
• Adaptable to changing priorities and tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a team of repair technicians to meet daily KPI and SLA targets.
• Analyze operational data and present corrective/preventive actions to maintain high‑quality service and continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement SOPs and work instructions in line with ISO 9001:2008 standards.
• Recruit, train, and monitor repair technicians, ensuring adherence to approved work instructions and quality standards.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile physical counts.
• Develop and maintain accurate records, including training and process documentation, in line with company policies and ISO requirements.
• Assist the department manager in setting and tracking KPI goals and operational objectives.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless interdepartmental workflow.
• Ensure adherence to housekeeping standards, equipment layout guidelines, and energy conservation practices.
• Maintain a positive team environment with strong morale and collaboration.
• Must be flexible with work hours, including during special events or projects.
