Job summary

Sprout is seeking an AI Server Configuration Lead to oversee two technical teams, driving efficient shop floor execution and high-quality outcomes. You will set priorities, manage resources, and ensure compliance with security standards while delivering reliable configurations for enterprise servers and AI GPUs.

The role requires hands-on leadership, deep hardware knowledge, and a track record of improving throughput, accuracy, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in ITAD, enterprise IT, or related technical field.
• At least 2 years in a lead, supervisory, or senior technical role managing cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise server hardware and AI/GPU platforms.
• Strong KPI tracking, SLA management, and operational reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership to the ITHT and AI Server Configuration Technician teams, aligning with production goals and standards.
• Manage workload distribution and scheduling across both teams to optimize throughput and meet deadlines.
• Act as primary escalation point for technical issues and cross-team dependencies.
• Lead quality audits and develop SOPs for both ITHT and AI server functions.
• Oversee rebuilding, configuration, testing, and validation of enterprise servers and GPUs.
