Job summary

Sprout is seeking an AI Configuration Supervisor in Garland, TX to lead the back half of the Velerity process: parts staging, configuration, burn-in, and release with complete Anvil records. You will supervise configuration technicians, enforce Lean and 5S, ensure BOM accuracy, serialization, and chain-of-custody, and uphold R2v3, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or lead role in server integration, system build, hardware manufacturing, or ITAD.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily configuration and assembly operations, ensuring builds match released BOM and configuration.
• Own burn-in and certification testing, including NVIDIA requirements where applicable.
• Maintain serialization and lineage records in Anvil and ERP, ensuring chain-of-custody integrity.
• Lead safety, ESD, and quality compliance per R2v3, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001.
