Job summary

Sprout in Garland, TX seeks an AI Server Configuration Lead to oversee two specialized teams. You will drive shop floor execution, manage cross-team workflows, enforce SLAs, and ensure high quality in hardware evaluation, AI server configuration, and testing.

This senior role requires hands-on expertise with Dell PowerEdge and NVIDIA GPUs, plus strong leadership, KPI tracking, and process documentation. You will mentor technicians, coordinate with receiving, processing, and shipping, and report

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with enterprise server hardware and AI/GPU platforms.
• Knowledge of data security standards (NIST 800-88, ISO 27001).
• Strong leadership, KPI tracking, and operational reporting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership to ITHT and AI Server Configuration Technician teams.
• Oversee shop order lifecycle and cross-team dependencies.
• Monitor KPIs, ensure SLAs, and deliver performance reports.
• Mentor technicians and develop SOPs and training materials.
