Job summary

Dell Technologies in Round Rock, TX is seeking a Process Automation/AI Servers Technical Support professional to design, build, and deploy automated workflows and agentic AI solutions. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Software Eng, IS, Data Science, or related technical field; Master's in Cybersecurity.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and independent learning skills.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript or TypeScript and Git/GitHub.
• Experience with automation platforms, APIs, REST services, and system integrations.
• Familiarity with AI technologies, agentic frameworks, prompt engineering, and commercial LLMs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows using low-code, no-code, and scripted solutions to improve efficiency
• Build and deploy agentic AI solutions and autonomous workflows that interact with business systems
• Integrate automation technologies with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, SharePoint, and internal applications
• Partner with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and optimize business processes
• Test, monitor, document, and continuously enhance automation solutions while staying current on emerging AI and automation technologies
