Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Product Pricing Strategy Manager to lead pricing and packaging for our cybersecurity AI offerings. You’ll guide monetization, work with product, GTM, and operations, and monitor price realization KPIs to optimize revenue.

We value 7+ years in pricing/strategy, strong executive communication, and a bias for data-driven decision making. Base pay ranges significantly and equity/OTE are included; location flexibility is offered.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience across product marketing, pricing, sales strategy, business operations and/or product strategy.
• 2+ Years of Pricing Strategy, GTM or Business Strategy experience in a technology or strategy consulting firm.
• A framework or process by which to make decisions.
• An effective communicator and are highly effective in securing buy-in on strategies and related implications from executives and leaders across the business
• Interest and comfort in owning not just strategy – but building the execution plan and working with operations team to launch the offerings in market
• (Bonus) Expertise in designing pricing or marketing surveys such as conjoint analyses, A/B testing or equivalent
• (Bonus) SaaS business knowledge with the ability to understand and model the tradeoffs of pricing and monetization decisions.Knowledge of AI pricing models.

Responsibilities

• Lead the pricing and monetization strategy across AI and other offerings, and use relevant analytical techniques to segment the market and make packaging recommendations
• Work cross-functionally across product, GTM, and operational stakeholders to ensure monetization strategies align to strategic roadmap
• Conduct periodic reviews of price realization, tracking KPIs, and drive recommendations to improve revenue and implement continuous pricing optimization plans
• Assist in identifying new business and growth opportunities to create incremental growth, including new pricing models, pricing promotions, and go to market approaches
• Own and manage key senior stakeholders and drive alignment on pricing and packaging changes
