Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Director of Security Analytics to define and lead data science and ML capabilities embedded in our customer-facing security products. You will guide a team of data scientists, ML engineers, and detection engineers across cross-functional groups to protect identities, networks, and AI products at scale.

You will own the analytics roadmap, implement safeguards against AI threats, and communicate insights to executives and customers.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years in security data science, ML engineering, or related customer-facing analytics.
• Experience shipping ML models in multi-tenant SaaS platforms at scale.
• Ability to translate complex security analytics into actionable insights for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer-facing security analytics roadmap end-to-end for AI product defense.
• Build safeguards against AI-specific attacks and data exfiltration.
• Design analytics with automated containment and adaptive authentication to neutralize threats.
