Salesforce is seeking a Senior Director, Security Analytics to own the strategy, development, and operation of data science and ML capabilities built into our security products. You’ll lead a dedicated team of security data scientists, ML engineers, and detection engineers, collaborating with Product and Engineering to safeguard customer identities, network perimeters, and AI platforms at scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of security data science or ML engineering experience.
• Experience shipping production ML models in multi-tenant SaaS.
• Ability to translate analytics to security insights for executives.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer-facing security analytics roadmap end to end.
• Build safeguards against AI-specific attacks.
• Design analytics with automated containment mechanisms.
• Partner with Product/UX/Leadership to translate outputs into dashboards and reports.
