Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of Security Analytics to own the strategy and execution of data science and ML capabilities embedded in our security products.

You will lead a team of security data scientists and ML engineers to defend customer identities and fleets of SaaS environments at scale. You will build real-time analytics, counter AI attacks, and deliver dashboards for administrators while reporting performance and drift to executives.

Qualifikationen

• You have 10+ years of experience in security data science, ML engineering, or building customer-facing analytics at scale.
• Experience shipping production ML models into commercial SaaS platforms across multi-tenant environments.
• Ability to translate statistical outputs into clear security insights for executives and customers.

• Own the customer-facing security analytics roadmap end to end across AI product defense, identity, network, and API threat prevention.
• Build native safeguards against AI-specific attacks (prompt injection, data poisoning, model inversion).
• Design analytics with automated containment (adaptive auth, API rate-limiting, session revocation).
• Collaborate with Product, UX, and leadership to report model metrics and threat containment SLAs.
