Job summary

Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group in the United States seeks an AI Solutions Consultant to proactively translate business needs into AI-driven workflows and agents. You will partner with mortgage operations, sales, HR, and IT to design end-to-end solutions, test, deploy, and drive adoption across teams.

You’ll stay current with emerging AI tools, build reusable patterns, and document best practices to scale AI across the company while maintaining compliance and data controls.

Qualifications

• 0-4 years of professional experience; internships, co-ops, analyst roles or related work are valuable.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in analytical, operational or systems thinking field.
• Exposure to process improvement, automation, AI tools or workflow platforms is a plus.
• Mortgage or financial-services experience is a plus, not required.
• Ability to explain AI concepts in business language and manage risk.

Responsibilities

• Discover opportunities by meeting business teams to learn workflows and surface high-value AI use cases.
• Translate needs into practical agent requirements, workflows and success metrics.
• Build production agents using low/no-code AI tools and connect to internal data with guardrails.
• Own delivery end to end from testing to deployment, training and post-launch improvements.
• Develop domain expertise in mortgage operations, sales, HR or accounting.
• Drive adoption by helping teams understand changes and evolving roles.
• Partner with Technology, data, IT and security teams to ensure compliance.
• Prioritize high-value ideas and communicate constraints clearly.
• Create reusable patterns, templates and documentation for future delivery.
