Job summary

Coram AI is hiring for an entry-level Marketing Development Representative to join our fast-paced sales team in the US. You will build pipeline, work with senior AEs on live deals, and learn to demonstrate our AI-powered security platform to customers nationwide.

The program blends MDR, BDR, and AE paths, with a path to a full-cycle Account Executive role within six months. Candidates should be driven, coachable, and ready to thrive in a high-velocity environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree, or relevant working experience.
• We’re seeking candidates with a strong work ethic, willingness to out‑prepare and out‑work competitors, and a coachable mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build and qualify pipeline through targeted prospecting.
• Partner with senior AEs on live deals, from discovery to close.
• Participate in product demos to prospects and partners.
• Understand customer needs and articulate how Coram can help.
• Master Coram’s platform and learn to sell value.
• Outperform goals and earn promotion to full-cycle AE.
• Translate complex business issues into opportunities for clients.
