Cooper AI in San Francisco, CA seeks a Sales Engineer to bridge Sales, Product, and brokerage customers. You will write Python, own skill architecture, validate integrations end-to-end, and coordinate between users, Product, and Engineering.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in technical customer-facing roles, strong Python/API skills, and experience with LLMs. You’ll thrive in ambiguity and drive value for enterprise AI deployments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a technical, customer-facing role at a B2B SaaS company.
• Experience in Python automation, APIs, and end-to-end integrations.
• Experience with LLMs and autonomous agent workflows is a plus.
• Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to operate with ambiguity and take first-principles approach.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales to design customer pilots proving Cooper's value.
• Write extensible Python scripts and own the technical deployment for clients.
• Configure integrations across customers' stacks (AMS, CRMs, portals).
• Turn customer signals into roadmap input with Product and Engineering.
• Lead deployments end-to-end from discovery to activation and enablement.
• Refine deployment playbooks to amplify future customer wins.
