You’ll write Python, own the skill architecture for customer agents, validate integrations end-to-end, and drive user enablement and adoption.

This highly technical, customer-facing role balances hands-on execution with structured thinking, requiring clear communication to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a technical customer-facing role at a B2B SaaS company.
• Experience delivering end-to-end deployments.
• Proficient in Python and APIs.
• Experience with AI agents and LLM workflows.
• Excellent communication for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy customer pilots to prove value.
• Write Python scripts and define the technical architecture for deployments.
• Configure integrations across AMS, CRMs, carrier portals, and data sources.
• Facilitate feedback loops between Sales, Product, and Engineering.
• Lead end-to-end deployments from discovery to activation.
• Refine deployment playbooks to scale wins.
