Job summary

Qualifications

• J.D. degree and active license to practice law in California.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial law or in-house counsel role.
• Experience with enterprise software or open-source backgrounds preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a broad range of commercial agreements, including software licensing and SaaS contracts.
• Advise on AI governance and emerging technology regulations, including IP considerations.
• Partner with engineering, sales and product teams to structure complex deals within regulatory frameworks (GDPR, EU AI Act).
