Crunchbase is hiring a Commercial Counsel for AI Products to act as a key legal partner to Sales, Revenue, Product, Marketing, and Security teams. The role focuses on managing a broad range of commercial transactions, with an emphasis on SaaS and data licensing agreements.

You will support responsible AI adoption, advising on AI-related contractual risks, regulatory compliance, and governance frameworks, partnering with internal teams to enable growth while mitigating legal exposure.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in at least one U.S. state bar.
• 2+ years of relevant legal experience in SaaS/data licensing.
