Pacaya HR Experts is seeking a hands-on Field Marketing Manager in a remote-first role, with a base in the United States. You will own B2B field marketing and demand generation, plan major events, webinars, and campaigns, and work closely with Sales to build pipeline across the U.S. tech ecosystem.

You will collaborate with vendors and agencies, optimize ROI, and help raise brand visibility in AI and robotics. Occasional travel within the U.S. is expected as needed.

Formación

• 3+ years of field marketing experience focused on AI and robotics.
• Experience managing B2B events and demand generation initiatives.
• Strong lead generation and pipeline development skills.
• Proven collaboration with sales teams to drive results.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Own and execute B2B field marketing and demand generation initiatives.
• Plan and lead industry events, conferences, trade shows, webinars, and networking activities.
• Build targeted campaigns that generate qualified leads and support pipeline growth.
• Partner with Sales to develop account-based initiatives and accelerate opportunities.
• Manage the full event lifecycle from planning to on-site execution and follow-up.
• Identify opportunities to increase brand visibility in the AI and Robotics ecosystem.
• Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and event partners.
• Track campaign performance, lead generation, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
• Manage marketing budgets and optimize results.
