Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration.
AI fluency or willingness to learn is a requirement.

Responsibilities

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement in-person marketing strategies aligned with sales objectives.
Event Management: Plan and execute conferences, regional events, and partner programs.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Align event plans with target accounts and pipeline goals.
Budget Oversight: Manage the marketing event budget and ROI tracking.
Performance Analysis: Track KPIs and analyze post-event data.
Vendor Management: Manage external vendors or agencies for NA and Europe.
