Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Events Technology Sales Manager to expand AI-enabled robotics solutions in hospitality and live events from Austin, TX. This remote role offers travel to client sites and events, with competitive hourly pay and performance incentives.

You will build relationships with hotels, resorts, casinos, venues, and experiential agencies, manage the full sales cycle, and develop robotic-enabled guest experiences and branded activations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Event Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of B2B sales or business development in hospitality, live events, experiential marketing, AV technology, or related market.
• Proven relationships with hotels, resorts, casinos, venues, event producers, entertainment organizations, attractions, or experiential agencies.
• Experience selling robotics, AV systems, staging technology, interactive displays, or guest-experience platforms.
• Willingness to travel and work evenings or weekends when required.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business with hotels, resorts, casinos, venues, convention centers, museums, attractions, entertainment groups, and experiential agencies.
• Build relationships with customer leaders across operations, guest experience, entertainment, marketing, procurement, and technology.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including demonstrations and proposals.
• Create robotics solutions for guest reception, tours, performances, promotions, and activations.
• Develop commercial programs using purchases, rentals, leases, or revenue-sharing models.
