Job summary

Huntington seeks an AI Risk and Governance Manager in the Risk Management function. This Second Line of Defense role provides independent oversight and credible challenge for enterprise AI activities, focusing on generative and agentic AI and AI-enabled applications.

You will partner with risk, compliance, privacy, security, and line teams to ensure governance aligns with appetite and policy. The role reports to the AI Risk and Digital Assets Risk Director and will drive risk identification,

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required.
• 7+ years applying risk management concepts to AI or technology-enabled processes.
• Ability to synthesize AI risk topics into governance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent Second Line of Defense oversight of enterprise AI governance activities.
• Assess alignment of AI governance with policy, regulatory expectations, and risk appetite.
• Support governance for AI agents and agentic AI systems including autonomy and tool access.
• Evaluate risks in generative and agentic AI use cases including data privacy, bias, and security.
