Samba is looking for a key individual to lead the build of an AI-native revenue organization. This role requires expertise in designing GTM workflows that integrate diverse sales tools like Salesforce and Gong, enhancing efficiency through automation.

You will be responsible for building systems that eliminate data silos, ensuring sellers have seamless access to crucial information. Ideal candidates will have substantial experience in software and data engineering, with a strong foundation in AI technologies and systems architecture.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $175,000 to $215,000 annually along with comprehensive health benefits and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years in software engineering, data engineering, or GTM/revenue operations engineering.
• Experienced in production-level Python and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and multi-turn workflows.
