Job summary

ChipAgents is seeking a Research Scientist to advance AI-assisted EDA. You will train and deploy large language models, architect agentic AI systems, and turn research breakthroughs into production-ready tools used by leading hardware companies.

Work with cutting-edge AI and semiconductor workflows, access substantial compute resources, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape the future of chip design.

Qualifications

• Degree in CS, ML, EE or related field.
• Strong background in large language models and deep learning.
• Experience with Python and ML training infrastructure.
• Familiarity with AI agent architectures and multi-agent workflows.
• Experience with PyTorch and/or JAX.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research in AI-assisted EDA to accelerate design/verification workflows.
• Train and deploy large language models at scale.
• Design, build, and benchmark agentic AI systems using state-of-the-art LLMs.
• Translate research into production-ready features for hardware workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and publish findings.
