Job summary

Compeer Financial, a member-owned cooperative, is seeking an AI Product Manager to lead a portfolio of AI-enabled opportunities within the Product Enablement team. You will identify problems, prioritize opportunities, and design small experiments to learn quickly while balancing discovery with delivery.

You will collaborate with product, technology, data, risk and business partners to turn promising ideas into safe, valuable client experiences and help establish responsible AI practices across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or computer science or related field.
• Expert-level experience leveraging AI-driven products and solutions to address complex business changes and deliver impactful, client-focused results.
• Advanced-level product management experience.
• Proven ability to collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to make strategic AI recommendations.
• Ability to operate effectively in uncertain situations.
• Approach challenges by focusing on the problem itself before considering technologies.
• Strong Agile and Lean product instincts with iterative progress.
• Ability to manage an opportunity backlog focused on business value.

Responsibilities

• Build and continuously refine a Now / Next / Later portfolio of AI-enabled opportunities grounded in client and business needs.
• Translate problems into hypotheses that can be discovered, tested and validated.
• Design experiments that reduce uncertainty before significant investment.
• Balance discovery with delivery while advancing opportunities with strongest evidence.
• Define success using qualitative and quantitative evidence to decide on next steps.
• Explore appropriate levels of AI autonomy and governance.
• Collaborate with technology, data, risk, business teams and other product leaders to implement ideas responsibly.
• Turn learning into reusable practices that help other teams explore AI-enabled opportunities.
