Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Head of Recruiting Operations to build scalable systems and an operating model that enables hiring exceptional talent at scale. Reporting to the VP of Sales Strategy & Operations, you’ll lead Recruiting Operations, Embedded Recruiting Strategy, Enablement, Systems & Tools, and the embedded strategy function.

The role oversees a decentralized recruiting model, partnering with Finance, People, and business leaders to drive hiring excellence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading Recruiting Operations, Strategy, Talent Operations, or related function in high-growth settings.
• Experience building and scaling Recruiting Operations with workflows, interview design, and governance.
• Experience leading Ops/Strategy teams and developing managers.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Recruiting Strategy & Operations roadmap to scale the organization.
• Own end-to-end recruiting operating model across functions and systems.
• Build and improve recruiting programs and interview processes for a consistent recruiter and candidate experience.
