Qualifications

• 5+ years in full life cycle recruiting for technical research teams.
• Experience recruiting for AI/GenAI and related research disciplines.
• Strong ability to assess technical qualifications and potential in candidates.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic recruiting plans to identify, source, and hire AI research talent.
• Partner with research hiring managers to understand needs and map candidate fit.
• Enhance recruiting processes to remove biases and improve outreach and inclusion.
• Collaborate with leadership to scale a diverse, high-performing research team.
